The Information Systems Work Order System is the method to request assistance for technology within the District.  This includes computer, printer, network, internet, email, software, and audio/visual.  For electrical, phone, and building issues contact your building secretary.

Average response time for work orders not deemed projects (issues requiring scheduling, multiple technicians, or the ordering of parts or software) is around two days from submission to completion.  The majority are taken care of the same day or the next school day.
