Everyday Mathematics for Parents

by Nikki Davenport

WELCOME TO:
EVERYDAY MATHEMATICS FOR PARENTS

The School District of University City utilizes the Everyday Mathematics program from kindergarten to 5th grade.  On this page you will find links, as promised at the January, 2010 Everyday Mathematics Parent Night, tapping you into information sources that will assist you in helping your child’s mathematics learning.

I will also be sharing more informational tools as we develop them so check back for updates on this page.

This is the Everyday Mathematics Parent Site that provides you with home study links, family letters, and problems support for each unit.

This is the Everyday Mathematics Educator Site that provides teachers and parents with program goals for each grade level, sample lessons for each grade level, the process used to develop “basic facts” and a review of various algorithms.
